Arvind Applause Program
The employee reward & recognition program – Arvind Applause program, was launched in 2017 to celebrate performance! This program is designed to put forward 4 key principles :
- Recognising performance and behaviour(s) on the job
- Appreciating excellence beyond work
- Empowering teams and individuals
- Upholding the ALBL values
The fact that there are people like you and your co-workers displaying good performance and upholding the values of the organization – all of which are key to bringing forth a positive organization culture – is something that should be celebrated often!
The program recognizes and rewards employees under various categories. These categories will be launched in a phased manner.
